on Macart’s twentieth first birthday

In October 2014, Macart opened its new facilities on Lenorman Street and at the same time the first exhibition of the new cultural stage of ​​the company, organizing a separate and symbolic event: For the 21st birthday of the company, 21 contemporary painters presented their works part of Mihalis & Litsas Varouxis’ collection, owners of Macart.
Collaborators, guests and visitors of the event also enjoyed creations by Yannis Adamakis, Dimitris Anastasiou, Irene Iliopoulou, Konstantinos Kerestetzis, Nikos Moschos, Edward Sakayian, Achilleas Christidis, Jeremy Dickinson and other important artists.
It is noteworthy that more than 380 people attended the event, including most of the participating artists, museum and gallery managers, owners of famous galleries, art critics and art historians, collectors, journalists, as well as important people from the Graphics Arts.
